Professional Culinary Training Certificate Ceremony will be held at IGU

With the participation of Chef Mehmet Yalçınkaya, the Professional Culinary Training certificate ceremony will be held on Friday, December 16 at the J Block Mehmet Akif Ersoy Conference Hall.
With the cooperation of IGU SEM and MYK Gastro Arena, 144 hours of 'Professional Culinary Training' was organized. Those who are entitled to receive a certificate at the end of the training will be presented with their certificates by the Founder of MYK Gastro Arena, Chief Mehmet Yalçınkaya.
Before the certificate ceremony, Istanbul Gelisim University Gastronomy Departments Coordinator Assoc. Prof. Dr. Serdar Egeli and Chef Mehmet Yalçınkaya will hold a conversation with the theme of "Craftsman's Restaurants in Turkey". After the talk, a certificate ceremony will take place and refreshments prepared by IGU Gastronomy students will be presented.
