“Assembly Points Organization Training” was held

Istanbul Gelisim University continues to provide social training to its academic/administrative staff and students. The "Assembly Points Training", organized within the scope of the "Disaster Volunteers Project" in cooperation with the Disaster Coordination Center (AKOM) and the Search and Rescue Association (AKUT), was held at Istanbul Gelisim University on December 28-29.

APPLICATIONS TO BE DONE BY VOLUNTEER TEAMS ARE EXPLAINED!

"Assembly Points Organization Training" was given in cooperation with the Disaster Coordination Center (AKOM) and the Search and Rescue Association (AKUT) to the academic/administrative staff and students of Istanbul Gelisim University in order to prevent confusion and panic in times of emergency.

In the "Disaster Volunteers Project", which started with the "Istanbul is Safe with You" slogan, many topics such as what should be done in case of natural disasters and emergencies such as the possible "Istanbul Earthquake" were discussed. In the project where trainings were given, it was aimed to raise awareness about disasters.

Volunteers who received "Assembly Points Organization Training" gained awareness of post-disaster situation assessment, knowledge about scene management and the acquisitions of operating the recording system. After the trainings, the trainers of the Disaster Volunteers Project gave the volunteers a certificate of participation.
