Bahçelievler District Director of National Education Emin Çıkrıkçı met with the Chairman of IGU Board of Trustees Abdulkadir Gayretli. Within the scope of the cooperation protocol planned to be signed, decisions were made in many areas such as technology development, digital education, artificial intelligence, organizing social and cultural events with joint projects.

“We trust our young people”said Bahçelievler District Director of National Education Emin Çıkrıkçı, and continued with the following words: “We have very talented and productive young people. We no longer want the children of this country to be wasted. We want to bring together the skills and talents of our youth with the infrastructure and facilities of our universities. This is very important for Turkey to build a strong future. To build great and strong Turkey is possible with domstic and national production.”

Expressing that they want to transform the skills of young people into production by collaborating with universities in every field, Çıkrıkçı said: “In this sense, the breakthroughs made by Istanbul Gelisim University in many areas and the technological infrastructure it has created have a great meaning for our young people. This cooperation will lead to very successful results both for our students studying at our schools and for the university.”

Referring to the importance of cooperation with Bahçelievler District Directorate of National Education, Gayretli said: "The total number of students in schools affiliated to national education in the district is more than 112 thousand. We care that our future students receive a good education. We also provide a working area for all young entrepreneurs who develop projects. We care about young people and their opinions.”

Emphasizing that young people's projects will be provided with a workforce in the field of science within the university, Gayretli said, “We will accelerate the implementation of ideas.”

Noting that they will bring entrepreneur young people together with sector representatives, Gayretli said: “I believe that the cooperation protocol to be signed will be beneficial for our university, industry and economy of the country.”
