IGU has announced the new departments and programs to be opened!

Istanbul Gelisim University (IGU), which stands out with its innovative approach in education, continues to expand its academic range. As of 2025, 7 new departments and programs opened with the approval of the Higher Education Institution (YÖK) will offer education in different fields from informatics to basic sciences, from game development to digital transformation. These programs, which aim to equip students with competencies suitable for the needs of the age, will prepare them for the future world.

Istanbul Gelisim University, which stands out with its studies in the fields of scientific production, technology and digitalization, academic performance, university-sector cooperation, R&D, internationalization and community service, offers its students theoretical knowledge as well as practical experience with its world-class education model. The newly opened programs aim to train well-equipped graduates who will shape the future of the sectors and the academic world.

Faculty of Applied Sciences: Information Systems and Technologies Department - Data Science and Analytics Department
 
Faculty of Engineering and Architecture: Basic Sciences Department
 
Istanbul Gelisim Vocational School: Front-Face Software Development Program, Game Development and Programming Program, Autonomous Systems Technician Program, Digital Transformation Electronics Program
