“Pirge came together with gastronomy students”

"Pirge" company that performs 85% of all knives and cutting tools export of Tukey was hosted in the Gelişim Tower conference hall at the new campus of Istanbul Gelişim University.

At the event organized by Lect. İbrahim Levent Demirçakmak, General Manager of Pirge Tankut Paçacı and Chief Sadık Doğan gave a two-hour seminar for the students of SAS Gastronomy, FFA Gastronomy, Culinary Arts and Vocational School Cookery Programs about knives, design principles and usage areas.

At the end of the seminar open to everyone, Head of Department of Gastronomy at SAS Asst. Prof. İsmail Hakkı Tekiner and Lect. İbrahim Levent Demirçakmak presented a plaque of appreciation to the guests for their support to the training.
