Gastronomy students attended to Sirha Istanbul

Istanbul Gelisim University SAS Department of Gastronomy students and lecturers participated in Sirha Istanbul held in Istanbul Congress Center.

At the Sirha Istanbul a distinguished and comprehensive organization at the international level for restaurants, hotels and catering professionals attended by Asst. Prof. Ismail Hakkı Tekiner, Lecturers Ibrahim Levent Demircakmak, Tolgahan Tabak, Murat Mutlu Tokay and Oğuzhan Köklü, students had the opportunity to get detailed information about the products of companies producing cooking technologies, and together with the instructors and company representatives to see closely the equipment they will use in the future.

The Head of Department of Gastronomy at IGU SAS Asst. Prof. İsmail Hakkı Tekiner said that it is important for students to participate in such professional activities as they have the opportunity to work with chefs and experts.
