IGU signed a protocol with Volo Composite at Saha Expo!

Istanbul Gelisim University Technology Transfer Office signed a strategic protocol with Volo Composite at Saha Expo’24 Fair with the participation of Rector Prof. Bahri Şahin. Interviews were also held with many companies visiting the IGU TTO booth within the scope of cooperation.

Istanbul Gelisim University (IGU) continues to stand out at the Saha Expo’24 Fair, in which it participated with the Technology Transfer Office (TTO). Contacting many domestic and foreign institutions, companies and investors, IGU Technology Transfer Office made mutual visits with institutions such as TUSAS, ODC, TAİ Farm.

Istanbul Gelisim University Rector Prof. Bahri Şahin Bahri Şahin and Vice Rector Prof. Arda Öztürkcan visited the fair and IGU TTO booth. Guests were informed about the projects of the students and the work of the academicians. New cooperation opportunities have been brought to the agenda with the meetings held with domestic and foreign companies. In this regard,  a protocol signed with Volo Composite and Engineering Inc. with the participation of IGU Rector Prof. Bahri Şahin.

Important steps from IGU in university-industry cooperation!

In addition, TTO held B2B meetings with Arksoft and Meteksan companies and held meetings on project collaborations. The fourth edition of the fair, which started to be organized in 2018, 2024 Saha Expo once again revealed that IGU quickly adapted to the innovations in the sector and strengthened university-industry cooperation. It was emphasized that IGU will continue to contribute to the sector with new projects by taking part in similar platforms in the future.
