The number of records in IGU Corporate Open Access Archive has exceeded 6000!

Istanbul Gelisim University Open Access Archive continues to rise in the Turkish Academic Archive "Harman" system prepared within TUBITAK. The IGU Corporate Open Access Archive, which ranked 69th as of November 2023, exceeded 6000 in terms of the number of materials.

The IGU Corporate Open Access Archive, which was launched in 2018, is getting richer every day. İGÜ, which entered the Turkish Academic Archive "Harman" system prepared within the body of TUBITAK from the top 100at the end of 2018, rose to the 69th place as of November 2023 and exceeded 6000 in terms of the number of materials.

All kinds of documents produced by IGU academic-administrative units and students and subject to academic and administrative supervision can be uploaded to IGU Institutional Open Access Archive. In the statement made by the Library and Documentation Department, the articles were recorded in the archive after being checked from international publishing policies systems such as SHERPA/ROMEO; open Access Archives increased the visibility and citations of authors and contributed to universities in webometric rankings.
