1360 participants from 121 universities competed in 15 categories in total, 154 works made it to the finals. Awards were given in the TRT “Communicators of the Future” Competition.
The winners of the 7th TRT “Communicators of the Future” competition have been announced. The awards of the winners among 121 universities and 1360 participants were given by Communication Director Fahrettin Altun, TRT Chairman Ahmet Albayrak, TRT General Manager Mehmet Zahid Sobacı, Anadolu Agency General Manager Serdar Karagöz and other experts in their fields.
Students from Istanbul Gelisim University Faculty of Fine Arts and Faculty of Economics and Administrative Social Sciences Department of Radio, Television and Cinema have their names written among the communicators of the future. Tuğçe Çeşmeci, Melek Çetinkaya and Sema Arslan, who were consulted by Lect. Kerem Yükseloğlu and Res. Asst. Eda Çekemci, have ranked 1st in the “Podcast Category” with their podcast project titled “Woman’s Portrait”. Caner Tıkız, who was consulted by Assoc. Prof. Remziye Köse Özelçi, has ranked 3rd with his television program "Hezel Ana Haber".
Chairman of the Board of Trustees Abdulkadir Gayretli and Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Nail Öztaş came together with the students and celebrated the students’ success.
