The last opportunity to become an undergraduate is on 18th October

2021 Extended Placement Period begins. Candidates will make their preferences on OSYM website or its mobile app until 18th October. The second extended placement period that is applied for the first time this year begins. During this period, the candidates who were not able to be accepted to a department or the ones with TYT score between 140-150 and AYT/YDT score between 170-180 will be able to apply for admission.

“DON’T FEEL ANXIOUS WHILE MAKING YOUR PREFERENCES”

Guidance Specialist Elif Aluç Gülşen made suggestions to the candidates. Stating that candidates should not feel anxious, Gülşen said “Every student can now access double major, minor and undergraduate transfer opportunities”.

“THE EMPTY DEPARTMENTS WILL BE DISPLAYED WITH NO SCORE LIMIT”

Reminding that in both of the placement period the empty departments will be displayed with no score limit, Guidance Specialist Elif Aluç Gülşen from Istanbul Gelisim University emphasized the candidates, who will apply for the departments with a score, need to have at least the minimum required score or more. Underlining that quotas must be considered, Gülşen added, “Make your top five preferences according to the quotas and scholarship opportunities”.
