An event titled "Today's Female Leaders Talk, Future Female Leaders Listen" was held at IGU!

Istanbul Gelisim University hosted a meaningful event within the scope of 8 March International Women's Day. In the event titled "Today's Female Leaders Talk, Future Female Leaders Listen", women leaders who have achieved significant success in the business world came together with students and shared their experiences.

The event, which was held at the K Block Auditorium, was moderated by Istanbul Gelisim University Medical Services and Techniques Department Head Asst. Prof. Nazlı Yüceol. The guest speakers were Enif Yavuz Dipşar, Head of the Social Services Department of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, and Seda Tunç, Otokoç Automotive Sales Manager.


 


The event focused on women's leadership roles in business, the opportunities and challenges they face. Guests emphasized the importance of increasing gender equality and women's representation in business life while ensuring that students are inspired by transferring their own career journeys. By having the opportunity to interact directly with female leaders, students gained important insights in line with their future career goals.
 
While Istanbul Gelisim University continues to bring its students together with the successful names of the business world with such activities, it aims to contribute to the stronger participation of women in leadership roles.
