Turkish Presidency Investment Office officials visited Istanbul Gelisim University Technology Development Center (IGÜTEKMER) and met with entrepreneurs. Within the scope of the visit, detailed information was shared about the contributions and supports provided by the Investment Office to the investment ecosystem in Türkiye and the work of entrepreneurs developing technology and innovation-oriented projects was examined on-site.
Authorities evaluated the prototypes developed by listening to the projects of entrepreneurs operating in critical sectors such as biotechnology, electricity-electronics, machinery and software. Contributing to Turkey's technology-based entrepreneurship ecosystem, İGÜTEKMER paves the way for the commercialization of projects and meeting with investors by supporting innovative ideas.

During the visit, many projects within İGÜTEKMER came to the fore. While the kits developed on molecular biology and genetics attracted attention in the field of biotechnology, the innovative electric communication and autonomous vehicle project for private and general purposes in the field of electricity-electronics was appreciated.
In the field of software, a solution platform and game project that strengthens the interaction between customers and brands came to the fore. While these projects, which aim to increase the user experience in the digital world, were nominated to make a difference in their sectors, the development of three-dimensional metal printers in the field of machinery was also appreciated.
While this important visit contributed to the meeting of entrepreneurs with national and international investment opportunities, it revealed the potential of the projects developed at İGÜTEKMER.
