Asst. Prof. Dr. Leyla Bektaş Ata was awarded to Sevilay Kaygalak Urban Studies Article Award organized by Praksis Journal for the first time this year with the article titled "Gecekonduda Eğitime Kuşaklararası Yaklaşım: Sınırlar, Beklentiler, Tercihler (Intergenerational Approach to Education in Slums: Borders, Expectations, and Preferences)".
Ata's article will be featured in the special issue of Praksis Journal.
