Istanbul Gelişim University (IGU) Gastronomy Department students came together in the A la carte Practices course and realized the Rafadan Dictionary internet project.
The students of the School of Applied Sciences (UBYO) Gastronomy Department have accomplished another success in their fields. With the leadership and support of Lecturer Tolgahan Tabak, 12 gastronomy students gathered in the A la carte Practices course and realized the Rafadan Dictionary internet project.
Gastronomy students, with this project, aim to transfer this platform further where they communicate with each other easily, share their experiences, ideas and methods both in their own fields and with other colleagues who are dedicated to this profession, and further continue the work of the project.
“WE WILL MOVE FORWARD THE DICTIONARY”
Indicating that the dictionary has a large target audience Lect. Tolgahan Tabak said: “With this project, students of gastronomy will be able to communicate easily with their colleagues and other colleagues who are dedicated to this profession and share their experiences, ideas and methods. We aim to take this dictionary platform even further and work on the continuation of the project”.

Students who want to be a pioneer and supporter to many people who are willing to develop themselves and who want to improve themselves in this way, will turn the Rafadan dictionary into a community, meet with the users at certain intervals and work in the field of Gastronomy, and create an application as soon as possible.
