Gastronomy students come together with expert guests

Department of Gastronomy at Istanbul Gelişim University School of Applied Sciences continues its seminars with the experts within the scope of “Artizanal Products” course.

The first guest of the meetings organized by the lecturer Tolgahan Tabak, was Çağrı Burak Sağlam, who continues his career as Arçelik Food and Beverage Project Leader after serving as a lecturer in Italy for 9 years
 
Cenk R Girginol, who is known as a man who knows coffee in the world of gastronomy and consults many professional institutions, held a seminar on coffee and coffee culture.
 
At the end of the seminars, Head of SAS Department of Gastronomy Asst. Prof. İsmail Hakkı Tekiner and Lect. Tolgahan Tabak, presented plaques and thanked the guests for their participation.
