Istanbul Gelisim University Took Its Place at TEKNOFEST 2025

Istanbul Gelisim University (IGU) once again made a strong appearance at TEKNOFEST 2025, the world’s largest aviation, space, and technology festival. At the event, which was also attended by IGU Rector Prof. Bahri Şahin, the university team, led by Technology Transfer Office (TTO) Director Yahya Kemal Kıran, presented their innovative projects to technology enthusiasts.

TTO Projects Attracted Great Interest

At the IGU booth, innovative technologies and R&D projects developed under the umbrella of the TTO were exhibited. Reflecting the university's research ecosystem, these works attracted great attention from festival visitors. The projects, prepared by a wide range of participants from students to academics, drew interest from both industry representatives and young technology enthusiasts.

Throughout TEKNOFEST, the IGU team introduced their projects to visitors, sharing the university’s vision of becoming a “Research University.” Academics and students, who communicated directly with young people, not only shared their knowledge but also inspired future generations.
