Visit from the Consul General of Kazakhstan to Istanbul Gelisim University

Consul General of Kazakhstan Nureddin Amankul visited the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Istanbul Gelisim University Abdulkadir Gayretli and Rector Prof. Dr. Bahri Şahin in order to ensure cooperation between the two countries in education.

Continuing to advance with the vision of "World University", Istanbul Gelisim University (IGU) met with Kazakhstan Consul General Nureddin Amankul in order to contribute to the development of Türkiye-Kazakhstan relations and to realize academic collaborations. IGU Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Necmettin Maraşlı, Prof. Dr. Arda Öztürkcan and Asst. Prof. Dr. Ali Semin took part in the meeting.

During the visit, which was carried out to strengthen bilateral relations, a comprehensive exchange of ideas about cultural, social, technological and scientific projects was held. The parties agreed on student satisfaction and the creation of platforms that students can benefit from. During the meeting, Kazakhstani students studying at Istanbul Gelisim University also had the opportunity to share their thoughts. Kazakhstan's Consul General Nureddin Amankul and university officials agreed to provide all kinds of conditions to support and improve students' education.
