Quality registration certificate to the School of Physical Education and Sports

Istanbul Gelisim University School of Physical Education and Sports has added a new one to its international accreditation success by obtaining ISO 9001:2015 quality registration certificate and ISO 1002:2018 satisfaction certificate. Speaking about the importance of having a quality certificate and the process, SPES Director Asst. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Soyal said: “Our process of improving the quality of education and determining the standards, and our activities with our external and internal stakeholders were reviewed. Most importantly, our students' satisfaction surveys were evaluated. As a result of the inspections, it was decided that our school is in compliance with the quality standards.”
 
Soyal continued his words as follows:
 
“The reasons for choosing our college, which has quality certificates and international accreditation certificates, have become stronger. We have become the university with the most student intake quota and the most special skills exams applications in Istanbul and in Turkey.”

Emphasizing that facilities are developing day by day, Soyal said: “We believe that we have a great potential as a college and we aim to graduate our students as sports scientists who open up to the world and lead the industry.”
 
Stating that they are working to provide a better working environment for their students, Chairman of the IGU Board of Trustees Abdülkadir Gayretli said: “We see the results of our efforts to improve the quality of the university with the success we have achieved. We have adopted a quality approach that can serve as a role model for other universities.”
