Chairman of the Board of the Central Administration and Management Consultant in one of the consulting companies on management, education and human resources in Turkey, DD Change Dynamics Süleyman Erdemir came together with students and the academic staff of Istanbul Gelisim University (IGU) at the seminar 'Success Tips on Future Managers'. Emphasizing that keeping a family company alive and carrying the future and making it permanent is the most difficult job of the business administration, Erdemir said: “Hence, hundreds of thousands of attempts can only survive, 3-5% pass to second generation, 0.5-1% to third generation, 1-5 of thousand to later generations. Big mistakes are being made when establishing a business”.
 
“MAKES HUMAN LIFE RELATED WITH THE INSTITUTION LIFE”

Süleyman Erdemir stated that the biggest obstacle to the long life of the institutions is the approach of the private persons in the founding and decision position to the institution and said, “The fact that the legal personality does not actually exist, the institution is a virtual and imaginary personality. This makes the life of the institution and human life interdependent. Even health, energy, excitement, knowledge, experience, skill, attitude, success, intellect, power ... Everything and is limited connected to the founder”.

“THE FUTURE SHOULD BE SECURED”

Süleyman Erdemir, who stated that the founders should apply to a competent institution from the very beginning, drawing attention to the need to secure the future, said: “We must act with the awareness and diligence of preparing the corporate success environment and securing the future of the institution as our most important and priority business.”
At the end of seminar attended by the Director of Institıte of Science and Technolgy Prof. Dr. Mustafa Bayram, Director of IGU Continuning Education and Research Center Asst. Prof.  Fatih Fuat Tuncer, IGU Media Coordinator Saygı Ünlü; Süleyman Erdemir, who shared his experiences as a management consultant and his experiences with senior executives with students, was given a plaque of appreciation.
