SAS students visit business entreprises

The students of Istanbul Gelişim University School of Applied Sciences Gastronomy Department are also preparing their careers with theoretical lessons as well as their social life practices.

Under the supervision of Lecturer Tolgahan Tabak, the students of the “Menu Planning and Cost Management” course visit the brand companies operating in the food and beverage sector in Istanbul and learn about the practice of the course from experienced persons.

Students visiting Mendel’s Chocolatier Akaretler, met with the founder of Mendel’s Chocolatier - Lokmata and Matilda, Atahan Yersel, and listened to his suggestions about their careers.
