Student’s Parents of UBYO Gastronomy Department of Istanbul Gelişim University has participated as guest in the activity, theoretical and practical courses organized by UBYO Directorate and Department of Gastronomy.
The event was organized for all the classes for the purpose of getting better information about the students and parents of the students and the Department of Gastronomy, Teaching Staff and the theoretical and practical courses.
While Parents of The first grade students joined to Culinary and Gastronomy’s essential principles lesson with Lecturer Tolgahan Tabak, Parents of Second grade students attended to Advanced Pastry Technics lesson with Lecturer Murat Mutlu. At the same time, Parents of third and fourth grade students attended respectively to Turkish and World Cuisines Lecturer İbrahim Levent and Food Culture and Total Theory with Lecturer Elif Zeynep Özer.
Istanbul Gelişim University Gastronomy Department Asst. Assoc. Dr. İsmail Hakkı Tekiner, Students and parents who have been informed by the teachers and lecturers about course contents, education policy, accreditation, applications for graduate programs and departmental goals have enjoyed pleasant moments throughout the event.
