Süleyman Yılmaz was hosted at GastroBilgiç Talks

Istanbul Gelisim University (IGU) School of Applied Sciences hosted Dr. Süleyman Yılmaz within the scope of GastroBilgiç Talks.

Graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty Dr. Süleyman Yılmaz, who carries out studies that enlighten the society on food and agriculture-related issues in addition to his job in medicine made a presentation to the students and gave a talk about agriculture, population, climate, and problems.

The talk that emphasized the importance of processes in terms of gastronomy and exchanged views on prospects for the future was organized by Gastronomy students Ayşe Nur Tevrüz, Cemre Pelin Demir, Esra Nur Özdemir, Faruk Karapınar, Emrah Özaltın, and Erkan Geven.

Head of the Department of Gastronomy of UBYO Asst. Prof. İsmail Hakkı Tekiner thanked Dr. Süleyman Yılmaz for his contribution to education.
